The one-off €2,600 excluding VAT Damvia Core setup fee covers initial installation and configuration of your hosted instance within the scope agreed in your order. It is payable 100% when you order, before work begins, and is separate from monthly subscription fees. It is not charged again at renewal. Specific add-on module development, configuration or installation is quoted separately and payable in full on order unless your accepted order states a different payment schedule.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing cycle. If you need more storage, you can move to the next tier when you reach your current plan's limit.

If you approach your storage limit, we'll notify you when you reach 80% of your capacity. You can then decide whether to upgrade to the next plan tier or optimize your current storage. We don't automatically charge for overages - instead, we work with you to find the right solution.

Absolutely. When your contract ends, we provide a seamless transition path to self-hosting by giving you access to your complete database. Since DAMVIA connects to your existing cloud storage rather than storing files itself, you won't need to migrate any assets - they'll remain in your cloud storage while the DAMVIA system switches to your self-hosted installation.
